Shipping policy
Soso D Hairline utilises reputable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your goods. Once your order has been handed over to the designated courier company, the responsibility for the shipment is transferred to them.
Loss and Damage During Transit:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise during the shipping process. Soso D Hairline is exempt from any responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to the goods once they are in the possession of the courier company.
Claims and Disputes:
In the event of loss or damage during transit, customers are advised to contact the courier company directly to initiate a claim. Soso D Hairline will provide assistance and support to the best of our ability in facilitating this process, but we are not liable for the outcome of such claims.
Order Processing:
Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Products ship within 1-2 business days. During Sales/promotions, processing times may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Policy:
All orders within South Africa are shipped via different couriers: The Courier Guy & Pep mainly for regional areas to make sure that your parcels arrive safely. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered using Courier Guy and 5-8 business days with Pep. Orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.
Errors and Shipment Delays:
We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors, we will try our best to ship out products within the specified timeframe promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. All shipping errors must be reported 3 business days after the date of delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we reserve the right to resend the correct product. However, the incorrect products must be returned to our office before re-shipping of products.
